     Frontera Healthcare Network and the Texas Wine Auction have teamed up to form Wellness Uncorked. The primary purpose of Wellness Uncorked is to promote mental health. Through grant funding we are able to provide free group counseling classes, educational seminars, health fairs and more to workers in the hospitality industry who reside in the Texas Hill Country.


Mindful Mondays

A monthly virtual mental health workshop

 Each month, seminars will cover a different topic and will be broadcast live at 11am on the first Monday of the month. If you are unable to watch live, you can view the replay at any time.

Our experienced Licensed Professional Counselors will facilitate discussions and provide valuable tools and strategies to help you cope and grow.   • Who qualifies? – Adults 18 years of age and older who are employed in the following industries - Winery and Vineyard Staff, Hotel Staff, Restaurant Staff, Event and Conference Staff, Tourism and Travel Staff, Retail Staff, Spa and Wellness Staff, Tourism Based Businesses and their family members (See below for a more detailed list) 
  • When? – We are excited to offer two class options from 10-11 AM and 6-7 PM on the first and third Tuesday of each month starting in November 2024. (Nov. dates - 5th and 19th)   
  • Where? – The group counseling classes will be held virtually. Join from your phone, tablet or computer from anywhere!

List of those who qualify:

  • Winery & Vineyard Staff: These individuals can range from people farming vineyards, to winemakers, to tasting room and support staff running a winery operation and tourist tasting room.
  • Hotel Staff: This includes front desk agents, concierges, housekeeping staff, bellhops, and room service attendants.
  • Restaurant Staff: This category comprises waiters, waitresses, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, chefs, and kitchen staff.
  • Event and Conference Staff: These workers assist in organizing and managing events, conferences, and banquets.
  • Tourism and Travel Staff: People working in this area could be tour guides, travel agents, or employees in visitor centers.
  • Spa and Wellness Staff: Workers who provide services in spas, health clubs, and wellness centers.
  • Retail Workers: Retail workers include individuals who work in stores where they sell goods, such as books, cars, clothing, cosmetics, electronics, furniture, lumber, plants, shoes, and many other types of merchandise.
  • Tourism Based Businesses: These types of businesses support those businesses that are in the tourism industry such as wedding vendors, rental companies, photographers, etc.
  • Family members of individuals who work within the industries previously mentioned.
